Speaking & Preaching
Available to preach in local churches or speak to leadership gatherings with conviction, steadiness, and practical wisdom for today’s ministry realities.
Serving in Moments That Matter
Whether filling the pulpit during a transition, supporting a bivocational pastor, or speaking to a room of leaders navigating cultural pressure, Mike Glenn and ECN bring Scripture-anchored teaching and a clear framework for shared, durable ministry.
The aim is not to build a platform, but to strengthen the church in front of him.
Speaking & Preaching FAQs
-
We are available for both. Our team regularly preaches in local churches — including short-term fill-ins, sabbatical coverage, and transitional seasons — as well as speaking at pastor gatherings, retreats, and leadership events.
-
ECN teaches and speaks frequently on themes such as:
Shared ministry and activating the body
Leadership endurance and sustainability
Cultural polarization and faithful presence
Calling, spiritual gifts, and multiplication
Building churches that outlast individual leaders
At the same time, Mike Glenn, our founder, brings nearly 40 years of pastoral preaching experience to the pulpit. He is not limited to a predefined set of talks. He works with church leadership to discern what would most serve the congregation and can develop messages or series that align with the church’s theological convictions, season, and specific needs.
Every engagement is rooted in Scripture and shaped for the people in the room.
-
Mike Glenn, founder of ECN, is our primary speaker and the primary voice for most engagements.
However, ECN also has a deep bench of School of Ministry faculty and trusted leaders who serve as speakers and teachers. In some cases — depending on topic, setting, geography, or budget — we may recommend another faculty member who is especially suited to your request.
Every speaker represents the same theological commitments and shared ministry framework that defines ECN.

Submit a speaking request with your dates, church or event details, denomination, and desired focus. Our team will follow up to confirm availability and next steps.
